Units are in uR/hr.
We have been logging atmospheric radiation daily since 2006, normal levels are 8-15 uR/hr.
(10 microRads/Hr equiv 0.10 microSv/Hr).

15 was 36uR/hr about 3x normal background levels. This has been the max for Meguro area to date. graph here click . Highest levels at ground level on a street in Meguro was a reading of
