As a service operation leader, your role is much more than a system administrator. You are dedicated to delivery of the software as a service to end-users. You understand our web-based authentication service from the root level, and responsible for: operation tools customization, real time service load monitor, load peak prediction and countermove, application optimization feedback to development team, calculating system capacity and providing scale-up plan.

As our candidate, you should be highly experienced with linux-based infrastructure architect and maintenance, which should involve at least Apache, Tomcat, Heartbeat or equivalents, MySQL or equivalents and other complementary *nix services. You should be versed on shell and scripting for maintenance and capable of proper programming and open source customization for service operation.
You are welcomed if you have Java developing skills and software optimization experience.
You should have strong communication skills, fluency in Japanese and spirit of team player in a Japanese maintenance team.
