Supporters of atomic energy worry that if Japan and its economy emerge relatively unscathed from a non-nuclear summer, the momentum to restart reactors will be lost forever.

Tokyo current events 2 months, 1 week ago12 month anniversary today. I am still shocked, Japan never to be the same again. People try to move on but its a dark cloud. Hope Japan can deal with all the emotional fallout (which is really not expressed enough) as well as the cesium contamination.Gambatte Nihon!

Same here, what a double catastrophe. I am amazed at the amount of corporate generosity helping victims, especially To Son San of Softbank who donated 120mill of his own wealth plus his sallary until he retires. I hope Japan comes out of this fighting and spurs on some innovation to replace nuclear power. Yes Gambatte Nihon!

Warm wishes to everybody today, Noone will be the same again. Go Japan!

Yes our hearts go out to all. Will take more than 12 months before we see any kind of normaility up North.
