    The above Japanese blog is interesting, if you get someone to translate it for you it says this person tested the snow that fell in Hachioji last night (20 Jan)
    The individual running this blog claims to have detected I-131 of 20 bq/kg which is quite high so close to west side of Tokyo!

    I read on a different Japanese site that snow samples at Lake Okutama tested normal with the radiation
    level of 0.08uSv/h. Its hard to know what is accurate test measurement from the many Japanese test blogs I see.
