level of 0.08uSv/h. Its hard to know what is accurate test measurement from the many Japanese test blogs I see. -

Tokyo current events: 1 month, 3 weeks agoYou cannot simply point a geiger counter at a plate of food and expect to find anything, you really need a lab to test with far more sensitive equipment and procedures.
Fellow longterm expat, Allan, has been determined to find a way to do this cheapily. Will post some info soon on his progress. -

Tokyo current events: 2 months agoAfter reading that article have put our plotting geiger ontop of the Dyson vacuum collector after a very quick carpet vacuum in Meguro. Look at todays plot 10:30 – 11:00am. You can see a definate increase!! Examining results will post more soon…

Tokyo current events: 2 months, 1 week agoJust one to two hours drive from Tokyo, Check out the findings from Japanese journalist who tabulated soil and dust samples. Ibaraki total was 6,264.74 Bq/Kg!!
